MDC Trilogy Wholesale Yield I Ordinary SPC8913AU Strategy
The Fund aims to gain exposure to property management assets relating to residential properties. To achieve this, the Fund will subscribe for Loan Notes issued by MDC Trilogy Holdings, who will in turn provide that money to the Portfolio Owner via equity notes. The Portfolio Owner intends to use that money to acquire property management assets.
