Roc Private Credit

The Fund’s objective is to provide Unitholders with a net yield of 5-7% p.a. over a rolling 5-year period through diversified exposure to high quality private credit investments in Australia and New Zealand. The Fund will focus on investments between $10m-$50m in size to mid-market corporations across the private credit spectrum including: senior secured, unitranche, term loan B, junior secured, and asset backed lending.
