The Fund operates an index tracking strategy whereby it seeks to track the risk and return characteristics of the Index by investing directly in assets that are Index constituents. However, the Fund does not seek to fully replicate the Index but instead seeks to match the Fund’s investments with Index constituents on a sample based physical replication model (i.e. an optimisation approach) within the scope of specific investment restrictions.
