• own properties with a stable income profile, underpinned by long-term leases with reputable
tenants;
• invest (directly or indirectly) in a quality portfolio of Australian properties;
• diversify the portfolio by location, property, type, tenant and use; and
• utilise Centuria's relationships and expertise in the acquisition, divestment, and management of
the diversified portfolio.
