The Fund has been established to focus on investments in Pre-IPO, IPO, Unlisted Expansion Capital (companies which are currently unlisted and have a preference to remain private for the foreseeable future) and listed Microcap Companies Microcap Companies are companies with a market capitalisation of generally less than AU$200 million at the time of the initial investment, however the Fund may continue to invest in these companies as they grow in market capitalisation.
