To achieve its investment objective, the UCA Growth Portfolio invests in Australian shares, international shares, fixed interest securities and cash. The Portfolio does not invest in direct property.
The Portfolio has a Strategic Asset Allocation of 85% to Australian shares, which includes listed property trusts (as UCA Growth does not invest in direct property), 10% to international shares and 5% to fixed interest and cash, which is held through UCA Cash.
