The primary uses of platinum group metals include jewellery, autocatalytic converters, fuel cells, air- and water-purification units, heart pacemakers, computer screens, hard disks, and fertilisers. The mining operations include managed mines, joint-venture mines, and associate mines across South Africa and Zimbabwe.
