The Fund will invest at least 90% of its Net Asset Value in shares of companies globally, including those in Developed Markets and Emerging Markets. These companies will be listed on stock exchanges in their respective countries. There are no restrictions on the Fund regarding sector and market capitalization. However, the Fund’s country and sector weights, including its investment in Emerging Markets, will generally align with those of the Benchmark. The Fund may allocate up to 20% of its Net Asset Value to Emerging Markets.
