Centuria Property Funds (Centuria), as responsible entity for Centuria ATP Fund (Fund), is acquiring three existing office assets (Properties) within Sydney’s Australian Technology Park (ATP) for $104 million. ATP is strategically located only 2.5 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD and is set to be transformed as a world-class office precinct. Mirvac is undertaking a $1.0 billion A-grade office development within ATP, after securing a 15-year lease commitment from CBA for 93,000 square metres.
