The Fund aims to generate cash distribution to investors each quarter of 12-14% per annum, capital investment projects which will provide earning growth and development opportunities in respect to excess land which is being acquired as part of the free hold properties and potential uplift on sale of the portfolio. The Trustee anticipates that the term of the Fund will be 5 years.
