Business description
BTB Real Estate Investment Trust is a real estate investment trust. It owns and manages properties across Canada. Its objective is to generate stable monthly cash distributions that are reliable and fiscally beneficial to unitholders by acquiring properties with high occupancy rates and good tenant quality. The company has three operating segments; Industrial, Off-downtown core office, and Necessity-based retail. Off-downtown core office segment generates the majority of the revenue in the form of rental income.
