The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in the ICG Global Total Credit Fund (Master Fund), principally in a diversified portfolio of sub-investment grade debt issued by entities globally. While the Master Fund may hold global assets, such assets will be principally issued by European and North American entities. It is intended that the portfolio will be principally comprised of senior secured loans, high yield bonds and structured credit securities.
