The Fund intends to acquire via the Trusts a 100% interest in the Maddington Central Shopping Centre, a strong performing sub-regional shopping centre on a 13Ha site, which includes 3Ha of vacant, adjoining land with accomodative zoning. The Manager will execute an active asset management strategy to optimise occupancy and rental income as well as investigating a value-add "Retail to Town Centre" transformation to maximise the value of the vacant land.
