In managing the Fund, Australian Eagle Asset Management’s strategy is to buy a leveraged exposure to superior quality stocks identified by Australian Eagle Asset Management’s bottom-up research process, funded by short selling lower quality stocks that the research process has historically identified as underperformers. These superior companies can be characterised by great management who are committed to shareholders, operate in a growing market, and have a long-term competitive advantage.
