The Fund will acquire newly issued shares in CDRU as well as acquiring shares of existing CDRU shareholders. The founder and Executive Chairman, Ian Woollett, will continue to have a material stake in the Company. Following completion of the Fund’s investment, the Fund will hold approximately 71% of the issued capital in the Company.
