The Fund provides exposure to property securities, which derive the bulk of their income from property rental income and/or development, as well as infrastructure securities, utilising an actively managed, single-manager approach. Derivatives may be used in implementing the investment strategy. The Fund has currency hedging arrangements in place to minimise the impact of fluctuations in the Australian dollar against other currencies.
