Shopping Centres Australasia Property reported NPAT up 73.0% to $319.6m for the year ended 30 June 2017. Revenue from ordinary activities were $446.9m, up 82.26% from last year. Diluted EPS was 43.2 cents compared to 25.3 cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $112.4m compared to $102.3m last year. The final dividend declared was 6.7 cents, taking the full year dividend to 13.1 cents compared with 12.2 cents last year.
